We are dedicated psychotherapists specializing in supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing,
with a particular focus on working with males in groups. 

Our combined expertise allows us to address a wide range of personal and professional challenges, providing tailored therapeutic support designed to foster resilience, emotional intelligence, and positive change.

Trauma Holistic and Integrative Approach: We utilize both traditional counselling and therapeutic coaching to address emotional, psychological, and practical concerns.

Active Involvement: We guide clients to solve their own difficulties, fostering confidence and intuitiveness in maintaining long-term wellbeing.

Communication: Teaching vital communication skills to navigate difficult conversations and bring clients closer to their goals.

Practical Steps: Offering actionable steps from the first session to help clients improve their relationships and overall wellbeing.

Patterns and Underlying Issues: Identifying negative behavioural patterns and bringing underlying issues to the surface for positive change.

2. Strong Foundations: Navigating Separation, Divorce & Co-Parenting Separation doesn’t have to break you or your connection with your children. This workshop
empowers fathers with healthy, child-centered co-parenting frameworks and strategies to reduce conflict and support emotional regulation. Join us to build new foundations for fatherhood with empathy, integrity, and strength.

3. Breaking the Cycle: Men’s Path to Addiction Recovery
Addiction is not a moral failure—it’s a survival response you have the power to change. This workshop offers a compassionate, shame-free space to identify personal triggers, connect with your inner values, and learn practical recovery tools. Take away real coping strategies for cravings and a renewed belief in your own strength.

4. Grief: Navigating Loss & Bereavement as a Man
You don’t have to walk the path of grief alone or be the one in silence. This workshop creates a safe space for men to process different types of loss, express themselves without shame, and explore what matters most in the midst of pain. Healing starts with being heard and understood.

5. Showing Up for Yourself & Others: Stronger relationships start with showing up for yourself. This workshop focuses on self-care, emotional responsibility, and the relational skills needed to improve intimacy with others. Learn to
express emotions in healthy ways, practice small acts with big impact, and create a self-care plan to move forward with confidence

6. Workplace Pressures & Career Transitions :
 Feeling stuck at work or navigating a career change? This workshop explores stress management, burnout recovery, and finding meaning when work shifts. Together, we’ll map your career journey, set healthy boundaries, and create a vision for balance and purpose.

7. Complex Family Dynamics & Domestic Abuse: Family conflict can feel overwhelming — but change is possible. In this session, we’ll unpack family roles and power dynamics, explore the cycle of conflict and control, and practice accountability. Learn how to set healthy boundaries and build respectful communication skills that support safer, stronger relationships.

8. Financial Stress & Life Transitions: Money stress and big life changes can affect every part of our wellbeing. This workshop helps you identify personal financial stressors, understand how life transitions (redundancy, divorce, retirement) impact mental health, and build a resilience plan. You’ll leave with values-based strategies for
stability and confidence.
